Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 2026

FitSoc (operated by FitSoc HK) is committed to providing a safe community and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out the standards we apply across the FitSoc app to keep minors safe.

Our Commitment

FitSoc strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including the creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We design, operate, and moderate FitSoc with the safety of minors as a priority and comply with all applicable child protection laws.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on FitSoc and will result in immediate action: • Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualises minors • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to sexually exploit a minor • Sharing, requesting, or facilitating access to CSAE content • Inappropriate contact with minors or any behaviour that endangers a child • Promoting, normalising, or trivialising the sexual abuse of children

Reporting and Feedback

If you encounter content or behaviour that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately: • In-app: use the report option on any profile, session, or message • Email: admin@fitsoc.hk Reports are reviewed promptly and handled confidentially. You do not need an account to email us a report.

How We Respond

When CSAE is identified or reported, FitSoc will: • Remove the offending content as quickly as possible • Suspend or permanently terminate the responsible account(s) • Preserve relevant evidence • Report to the appropriate authorities as required by law
